iQ Viewer Beta Version - OTA Update Firmware Instruction
If you use our iQ Viewer with our UltraDash S3 / Z3+ dash cam, you can update firmware through the OTA firmware update feature in iQ Viewer. However, if your UltraDash S3 is below version 3.8 or Z3+ is below version 2.9, this function is not supported, and you must first update via SD card way before using the OTA firmware update feature.
Using the OTA firmware update feature, you no longer need to go through complicated procedures. Simply connect your device to your phone to update your device through iQ Viewer.
To enable this feature, you need to open iQ Viewer and select the "About" page, find the "Beta Version" option, and turn it on. Next, please follow the steps in the following video to complete the update. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
